Founder, Digistan Consultant. Technology leader working across AI, e-governance and enterprise transformation in India and the GCC.
Digistan Consultant was founded in 2019 by Aneil Nhayade, a technology leader with over a decade of experience in AI integration, digital transformation and e-governance systems. He holds an MBA in Information Technology and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai, and is SAP ABAP certified.
Aneil started in enterprise IT and moved steadily toward the point where technology meets public and commercial outcomes. Over more than a decade he has worked across enterprise networking and cloud infrastructure, custom software delivery, digital communications, and — most consistently — the practical adoption of AI inside organisations that were not built for it.
He founded Digistan Consultant in 2019 to do that work directly: helping businesses adopt AI tools that reduce cost and error, modernising infrastructure, and building the applications, portals and campaigns that follow. Digistan has since worked with over 500 companies, from early-stage startups to large enterprises.
Separately from Digistan, Aneil has spent years architecting digital systems for public administration in Maharashtra. That work covers grievance redressal systems, marriage registration portals, citizen engagement platforms, property tax management, HRMS, file tracking and tender management — alongside GIS solutions, blockchain certification systems designed to eliminate document fraud, AI voice agents, and WhatsApp Business API platforms for mass citizen communication.
The scale matters because it changes how you design. These are systems serving populations from 500,000 to 5 million, replacing paper processes, and answerable to audit. Delivery has included leading cross-functional teams of 30+ engineers, designers, business analysts and QA specialists, with agile practices that cut delivery timelines by around 40% and quality frameworks holding 99.9% uptime on services citizens depend on.
That experience is the foundation of Digistan's GovTech practice. It is why our public-sector work starts from how an administration actually operates — wards, escalation paths, audit trails, RTI exposure — rather than from a product template.
Alongside Digistan, Aneil holds technology leadership positions across several ventures, which keeps the practice close to where the market is moving:
A significant part of Aneil's work is teaching. He runs hands-on programmes covering AI fundamentals through to advanced implementation — generative AI, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, ethical AI and cloud deployment — aimed at building AI capability inside organisations rather than leaving them dependent on vendors. That philosophy carries into Digistan engagements: we document, train, and hand over.
Most AI projects fail at adoption, not at the model. The interesting problem is getting a team that has never used these tools to rely on them by Tuesday. Aneil Nhayade, Founder

A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
