Partners & alliances
Who we work alongside, and — more usefully — the commercial relationships we deliberately do not hold.
Who we work alongside, and — more usefully — the commercial relationships we deliberately do not hold.
Digistan works with platform ecosystems and specialist delivery partners, but holds no reseller agreements or referral commissions on the tools it recommends. That independence is deliberate — an evaluation is only worth something if the evaluator is not paid by one of the options.
We take no referral commission and hold no reseller margin on the platforms, clouds or AI providers we recommend. If we suggest one CRM over another, or one cloud over another, no part of that recommendation is financial to us.
This is worth stating plainly because the opposite is common and rarely disclosed. When an agency recommends a platform they resell, the advice may still be right — but you have no way to tell.
For specialist work outside our core team — particular hardware, niche compliance domains, regional delivery capacity — we work with a network of specialists. Where a partner is involved in your engagement, we tell you who and why. Subcontracting you did not know about is not something we do.
Our teams work daily across the major cloud, AI, CRM and commerce ecosystems. That familiarity is capability rather than affiliation, and we would rather be judged on whether the recommendation held up than on which badge sits in a footer.
We deliver white-label technical and AI work for agencies and consultancies who do not staff for it internally. Your client relationship stays yours, we work to your specification and under your brand, and we do not approach your clients. Terms are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Certification programmes vary in what they actually signify — some indicate genuine technical depth, others indicate sales volume. We would rather show you work on the platform than a badge, and we will say plainly what certifications we do and do not hold if you ask.
Yes. Agencies regularly use us for development, AI and data work under their own brand. See the marketing sector page for how those arrangements are structured.
A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
