Seven years, in stages

1. 2019

   Digistan Consultant is founded

   Aneil Nhayade establishes Digistan in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region to help businesses adopt digital tools properly — CMS and e-commerce builds, performance marketing, hosting and infrastructure, and custom portals for clients who had outgrown off-the-shelf software.

2. 2020 – 2021

   Remote delivery model takes shape

   The specialist-network model is formalised: development, design, QA and marketing specialists assembled per engagement rather than retained on a bench. It becomes the reason Digistan can take on work spanning five practices without diluting any of them.

3. 2022 – 2023

   Depth in public-sector systems

   The founder's e-governance work in Maharashtra deepens — grievance redressal, property tax, HRMS, file tracking, tender management and GIS platforms for municipal administrations. That domain knowledge becomes the foundation of Digistan's GovTech practice.

4. 2024

   AI moves from advisory to delivery

   Generative AI shifts from pilot projects to production. Digistan starts building agents into live workflows — sales, customer service and operations — rather than advising on tooling, and adds AI training programmes for non-technical teams.

5. 2025

   Agentic AI and cross-border work

   Low-code and no-code agent development, custom LLM and GPT solutions, MCP server development and RAG systems join the service line. Leadership roles across ventures in India and Dubai open a working corridor into the GCC market.

6. 2026

   Five practices, one delivery team

   AI, GovTech, engineering, blockchain and digital growth operate as a single delivery organisation. Over 500 companies worked with, and an explicit focus on making AI adoption stick inside organisations that were not built for it.
