Institutions need admissions processing at seasonal peaks, student records spanning a full academic history, learning delivery platforms, fee management, parent and student communication, and increasingly verifiable digital certificates that third parties can check without contacting the office.
Education systems are defined by concentration. Admissions arrive in a few weeks, results are published on one day, fees fall due together. A system comfortable in normal operation can collapse under the peak, and it is precisely the moment when failure is most visible.
Certificate verification is the other structural inefficiency. Registrars spend real staff time confirming that documents are genuine, while forged degrees circulate because checking is inconvenient. Anchored verification removes both problems at once.
Systems that work in March fail in June.
Every employer and bank query answered manually from registers.
Academic history across departments, years and formats.
WhatsApp groups run by individual teachers, with no institutional record.
Application, document verification and merit processing built for peak load.
Blockchain-anchored issuance with instant third-party verification.
Content delivery, assessment and progress tracking on low-end devices.
Institutional messaging across WhatsApp and SMS with a record.
No. Students receive a normal PDF with a QR code, and verifiers scan it to see a result. All blockchain interaction happens on the institution's side, invisible to both parties.
It must, and that is a design constraint rather than an optimisation. We test on mid and low-range Android over throttled connections, because designing for the best-equipped student excludes the ones who most need access.
A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
