Partner with us

White-label delivery for agencies, specialist collaboration, and referral arrangements — with terms written down before anything starts.

How can organisations partner with Digistan?

Three ways: white-label delivery where we build under your brand for your client, specialist collaboration where both firms are visible on a joint engagement, and referral arrangements where you pass work you cannot take. Terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

White-label delivery

For agencies and consultancies with client demand for development, AI or data work they do not staff for. We work to your specification, under your brand, to your process. Your client relationship stays entirely yours.

We do not approach your clients, during or after. That is written into the agreement rather than left as an assurance.

Specialist collaboration

For engagements where both firms are visible to the client and each brings a distinct capability — typically where a domain specialist needs technical delivery, or a technical firm needs AI or e-governance depth. Roles, scope and commercial split are agreed at the start.

Referral

For work you cannot take on. We are happy to be referred to and will report back on whether the introduction converted, whatever the outcome. Referral fees can be arranged where that suits both sides, and disclosed to the client where relevant.

A conflict worth naming

We run our own digital growth practice, so for marketing agencies there is a potential overlap. Where that is a concern we scope white-label engagements to technical, data and AI delivery only, and put the exclusion in writing.

Raising this ourselves is deliberate. A partner who discovers the overlap later is entitled to feel misled.

Frequently asked

Questions we get about this

Will you sign a non-solicitation agreement?

Yes, routinely, for white-label work. It is a reasonable thing for you to require and we would expect to be asked.

Can your team join client calls under our brand?

Yes, where that suits the arrangement. Some partners prefer full invisibility, others want technical depth in the room. Both work as long as it is agreed up front.

What is the minimum engagement size?

There is no formal floor, but very small pieces of work carry disproportionate coordination overhead. Ongoing arrangements work better than one-off tasks.

Talk it through before you commit

A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
