Email marketing

The channel you own outright — lifecycle automation, deliverability that reaches the inbox, and a list that has not been burned.
Email is the only major channel where you own the audience relationship outright. No algorithm decides your reach, no platform can change the rules. Provided the list was built with consent and deliverability is configured properly, email consistently produces the strongest return of any marketing channel.
Beautiful campaigns landing in spam produce nothing. Before designing anything we check authentication records, sender reputation, list hygiene and engagement rates — because a domain with poor reputation will not reach the inbox regardless of the content.
The second common failure is sending everything to everyone. Segmentation and triggered journeys tied to behaviour outperform broadcast newsletters substantially, and they also protect reputation by not mailing people who never engage.
SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up and list cleaning.
By behaviour and lifecycle stage, not just demographics.
Welcome, nurture, abandonment, re-engagement, post-purchase.
Mobile-first templates and copy worth opening.
Subject lines, timing, and removing disengaged contacts.
Setup as a project, then a monthly retainer for campaigns and optimisation.
Stack decisions follow the problem. This is where we usually start, not a fixed menu.
We will not run that. Purchased lists destroy sender reputation, generate spam complaints that affect all your mail including invoices and password resets, and breach consent expectations under the DPDP Act. The damage outlasts any short-term gain.
For consumer businesses, often yes on open rates — but it is a permission-heavy, template-controlled channel with per-message costs, and it is easy to become intrusive. Most businesses benefit from both: WhatsApp for transactional and time-sensitive messages, email for depth.
A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
