Knowledge hub

AI knowledge hub

Plain-language definitions of the terms that keep appearing in proposals, without the marketing gloss.

What is the AI knowledge hub?

A reference set of plain-language definitions covering artificial intelligence, e-governance and web standards. Each entry answers one question directly, explains why it matters commercially, and links to the related service where relevant.

Why we wrote these

Vendors use these terms loosely, and buyers end up approving budgets for things they cannot define. Every entry here answers the question in a sentence or two, then explains what it means for a decision you might actually be making.

These pages are also written to be quoted. Direct answers, specific claims, no adjectives doing the work of facts — because that is what a search engine or an AI assistant can lift and attribute accurately.

Questions we get about this

Can we reuse these definitions?

Yes, with attribution to Digistan Consultant and a link to the entry. They are written to be quoted.

How do you decide what to add?

We write an entry when we find ourselves explaining the same term in three separate client conversations.

Talk it through before you commit
