Since 2019 Digistan Consultant has delivered websites, e-commerce stores, portals, applications and digital growth programmes for more than fifty brands across real estate, fashion commerce, healthcare, hospitality, media, technology and professional services, in India, the GCC, New Zealand and the United States.
Most agency case studies open with a percentage. Ours do not, and the reason is worth stating: a metric published without the client's agreement is a disclosure we are not entitled to make, and a metric published without its context — the baseline, the period, what else changed — tells you almost nothing about whether we can help you.
So this page sets out honestly where we have worked and what that kind of work involves. For the specifics of any engagement, ask on a call. Where the client permits it we will take you through the detail, including the parts that did not go to plan.
Nine engagements across builders, developers and property portals. Work in this sector centres on lead capture from portals and campaigns, project and inventory presentation, and sales tooling for long, high-value cycles where follow-up discipline decides the outcome.
Related capability: Real estate · AI agents for sales · CRM & portals
Six engagements across fashion and textile brands, including some of India's better-known online-first labels. Commerce work in this category lives or dies on catalogue presentation, mobile page speed and checkout friction — three things that are cheap to get right at build time and expensive to retrofit.
Related capability: E-commerce · CMS & e-commerce · Conversion optimisation
Seven engagements spanning grocery, electronics and general retail, including clients in the United States and New Zealand. This work typically involves storefront build, inventory and catalogue handling, payment and logistics integration, and the performance work that keeps a store usable on a mid-range phone.
Related capability: Retail · Marketplaces · Front end development
Six engagements across clinics, specialist practitioners and a regenerative medicine group, including work for the GCC market. Healthcare work carries constraints most sectors do not: patient data sensitivity, clinical time pressure, and the need for content that informs without overclaiming.
Related capability: Medical · Web applications · SEO
Four engagements across hotels, restaurants and food producers, in India and the United States. Hospitality work concentrates on direct booking conversion, because every booking that arrives through an aggregator carries commission a direct booking does not.
Related capability: Hospitality · Website design · Social media
Eight engagements across publishers, PR and marketing firms, production houses and creative studios. Several are agencies who use us for delivery under their own brand, which remains a substantial part of what we do.
Related capability: Marketing · Media · White-label delivery
Six engagements across SaaS, tracking platforms, enterprise technology and digital assets. Platform work is where the engineering practice does most of its heavier lifting — application architecture, integrations, and infrastructure that has to hold under real load.
Related capability: Engineering · Blockchain · Cloud & infrastructure
Five engagements spanning precision engineering, an automotive dealership, legal services and gallery and arts organisations. Smaller in count, and the sector spread is the point — the underlying capability transfers, and unfamiliar domains get time spent understanding them rather than a template applied.
Related capability: Mechanical · Branding · Engineering
Full write-ups — the problem, the approach, the architecture and the measured outcome — are published as clients confirm permission. Until then we would rather show you an honest list than a fabricated narrative.
If you want to understand how we would approach your project, the fastest route is a discovery call. It is a working session on your problem, and we will reference comparable work as far as confidentiality allows.
Because we do not publish client metrics without their agreement, and an uncontextualised number tells you little. On a call we can be considerably more specific about what changed and why.
Yes, for serious enquiries at the proposal stage, with the client's consent. We ask first rather than handing out contact details.
Our team's e-governance experience comes through the founder's and specialists' work with other organisations, and is presented on the founder profile as track record rather than as Digistan client delivery. We are precise about that distinction because it matters in procurement.
A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
