Digistan Consultant collects the name, email address, phone number and message you submit through enquiry forms or the chat assistant, together with basic technical data such as IP address and browser type. It is used to respond to your enquiry and is not sold or shared for marketing.
This policy applies to www.digistan.in, operated by Digistan Consultant, Palava City, Dombivli, Thane, Maharashtra 421204, India. For anything in this policy, contact us on +91 83695 17339.
Where we process personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we do so on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form with the consent statement shown, or where processing is necessary for a legitimate specified purpose such as fulfilling a contract with you.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer provide a service you asked for.
| Enquiries that do not proceed | 24 months from last contact, then deleted |
|---|---|

| Chat assistant transcripts | 12 months |
| Newsletter subscribers | Until you unsubscribe |
| Analytics data | As configured in Google Analytics, up to 14 months |
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We share it only with service providers who help us operate — email and hosting providers, analytics, and the AI provider powering the chat assistant where that is enabled — each processing it on our instructions. We also share it where we are legally required to.
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf, and raise a grievance about how we have handled it.
To exercise any of these, contact us on +91 83695 17339 or through the enquiry form. We respond within thirty days and will confirm your identity before acting on a request.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your personal data, contact our grievance officer. If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use encryption in transit, access controls limited to those who need the data, and audit logging. Enquiry data is stored in a database with restricted access rather than left in an inbox. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required if a breach affects your personal data.
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We update this policy when our practices change. The date below shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
No. Enquiry and chat data is used to respond to you and to improve our own service. It is not contributed to model training.
Yes. Contact us and we will erase it, except where we are legally required to retain records — invoices and contracts, for example, which we must keep for accounting purposes.
A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
