AI readiness assessment
An honest audit of your data, systems, skills and governance — before you spend, not after the pilot has quietly failed.
An honest audit of your data, systems, skills and governance — before you spend, not after the pilot has quietly failed.
An AI readiness assessment evaluates whether an organisation can successfully adopt AI, across five dimensions: data availability and quality, systems and integration capability, team skills, governance and compliance, and appetite for process change. It produces a scored picture with specific gaps and how to close them.
Organisations that struggle with AI adoption almost never struggle because the models are inadequate. They struggle because data lives in five systems that disagree, because nobody owns the process being automated, or because the team was never given time to learn the tools. These are fixable, but only if named.
The assessment is deliberately independent of any build work. We would rather tell you to spend three months fixing data plumbing than sell you a model that will underperform on it.
Leadership, operations and technical staff, separately.
Availability, quality, ownership and integration reality.
What can be connected, and who can maintain it.
DPDP obligations, approval paths and risk appetite.
Dimension scores with a prioritised remediation plan.
Two to four weeks, fixed price. Deliberately sold separately from build work so the finding is not conflicted.
Stack decisions follow the problem. This is where we usually start, not a fixed menu.
It is priced and delivered as a standalone piece precisely so it does not have to be. A meaningful share of assessments conclude that the client should fix a process or data problem first, and some conclude they should not proceed at all this year.
Roughly six to ten interviews of an hour each, plus access to data samples and system documentation. We work around your schedule and do not need people released full time.
A discovery call is a working session on your constraint, not a sales pitch.
A short note is enough. You'll hear back from the team, not a bot — usually within one working day.
